In Bengali:

চট্টগ্রাম অঞ্চলের বান্দরবান, রাঙ্গামাটি, খাগড়াছড়ি তিন জেলায় সেনাবাহিনীর ক্যাম্প থাকবেনা কেন!? ওই অঞ্চল কি বাংলাদেশের মানচিত্রে নেই? পাহাড় কি বাংলাদেশের বাহিরে? আদিবাসীরা কি বাংলাদেশী না! পাহাড়ের মানুষ যদি সমতলে আসতে পারে তাহলে সমতলের মানুষও পাহাড়ে যেতে পারবে। 


চট্টগ্রাম অঞ্চলের তিন জেলায় দস্যুমুক্ত, ভারতের 'র' মুক্ত, ছিনতাই, হত্যা, চোরাচালানের কারবার দমন করতে, নিরাপত্তা, ভূমি রক্ষার্থে ও সার্বভৌমত্বের অঙ্গীকারে সেখানে সেনাবাহিনীর ক্যাম্প থাকা জরুরি। তাছাড়াও শান্তি বজায় রাখতে ওই অঞ্চলের মানুষের পরিবেশগত কিছু সমস্যা রয়েছে সেই সমস্যাগুলো সমাধানের জন্য সরকারের নজর দেওয়া উচিত।


বিগত বছরগুলোতে যেকোনো সরকার পাহাড়ি অঞ্চলের মানুষের সমস্যাগুলো সমাধান করতে ব্যর্থ হয়েছে। হয়তোবা সমাধান করতে চেয়েছে কিন্তু তা সম্ভব হয়ে ওঠেনি। 


তাছাড়া কিছু অসাধু মানুষ পাহাড়ি অঞ্চল জিম্মি করে অসাধু কারবার করে থাকে। তারাই চায় না ওই অঞ্চলের সমস্যাগুলো সমাধান হোক। ওইসব অসাধু কারবারের সাথে সমতলের মানুষ সহ পাহাড়ি অঞ্চলের অনেকেই জড়িত।


In English:

Bandarban, Rangamati, Khagrachari three districts of Chittagong region why there will be no army camp!? That region is not on the map of Bangladesh? Is the mountain outside of Bangladesh? Aboriginal people are not Bangladeshis! If the people of the mountains can come to the plains, then the people of the plains can also go to the mountains.


It is necessary to have an army camp in the three districts of Chittagong region, free from bandits, free from India's 'raw', to suppress robbery, murder, smuggling, security, land protection and sovereignty. Moreover, in order to maintain peace, the government should focus on solving some of the environmental problems of the people of that region.


In the past years, any government has failed to solve the problems of the people in the hilly areas. Maybe he wanted to solve it but it was not possible.


Moreover, some unscrupulous people do unscrupulous business by holding the hilly areas hostage. They do not want the problems of the region to be solved. Many people from the plains including the hilly areas are involved in those unscrupulous trades.

Column-কলাম | রাজনীতি প্রসঙ্গ-The context of politics | A uthor S M MOMINUL I A J-লেখক এস এম মোমিনুল আই এ জে | Click Here~ রাজনীতি প্রসঙ্গ-The context of politics In Bengali and English~ In Bengali: কিছুদিন আগে, কিছু দিন বলতে ২০১৭-২০১৮ খ্রিষ্টাব্দের কথা “বাংলাদেশ রাজনীতি প্রসঙ্গ” শিরোনামে একটি কলাম লিখেছিলাম। কয়েকটি “অনলাইন নিউজপোর্টালে” কলামটি প্রকাশিত হয় কিন্ত কলামটি আপলোড দেওয়ার ৩০ মিনিটের মধ্যে ডিলিট করে দেওয়া হয়। সম্পাদকদের কাছে এর কারণ জানতে চাইলে বলে সরকার “ডিজিটাল নিরাপত্তা আইন“ করেছে আর আপনি তো জানেনই আমরা কতটা চাপে আছি, কি আর করা এখানে আর কিছুই বলার থাকলো না।  একইভাবে কয়েকটি দৈনিক পত্রিকার সম্পাদক লেখাটি পছন্দ করলেও প্রকাশ করার সাহস পায়নি। এখানে কলামটির কিছু লেখা তুলে ধরলাম। আমি কোনো ব্যক্তি বা দলের পক্ষে বা বিপক্ষে বলিও নাই, লিখিও নাই। আসলে আমি বুঝাতে চেয়েছি আমাদের বাংলাদেশের রাজনীতিতে যে দল ক্ষমতায় আসে সে দলই সুস্থ ধারার রাজনীতি চর্চার বদলে অসুস্থ ধারা ও অপরাজনীতির চর্চায় মত্ত থাকে বেশী। এই লেখার কারণে কেউ কষ্ট পাইলে আমার কিছু করার নেই। যা সত্য তা তুলে ধরলাম। আমাকে...
