এস এম মোমিনুল আই এ জে এর লেখা আফসোস কবিতায় দেশের করুণ সার্বিক পরিস্থিতির বিষয় তুলে ধরেন। 

S M MOMINUL I A J's Regret poem has highlighted the sad overall situation of the country.

In Bengali:

আফসোস
এস এম মোমিনুল আই এ জে

 আফসোস! 
আফসোস আর আফসোস!
শুধু আফসোস!
সব মানুষের আফসোস!
সারা দেশ ব্যাপী আফসোস! 

সংবিধান আছে, 
কিন্তু নেই তার প্রতিফল 
ক্ষমতায় থাকার লোভ আর স্বার্থে 
যাকে করা হয় বার বার যোজন-বিয়োজন। 
সংসদ আছে,
তারপরও সেখানে সাধারণ মানুষের   
কথা বলা হয় না। 
যা বলা হয় তা লোক দেখানো,
না থাকে কোনো স্বচ্ছতা আর ভদ্রতা।  
সেনাবাহিনী, নৌবাহিনী, বিমানবাহিনী, 
পুলিশ, র‍্যাব, প্রতিরক্ষা ও রাষ্ট্রবাহিনী আছে 
কিন্ত এই মুহূর্তে কোনো ক্ষমতা নেই।
সাংবাদিক, সংবাদপত্র— 
টেলিভিশন ও মিডিয়া আছে
কিন্ত সঠিক সম্প্রচার নেই। 
আফসোস! 
আফসোস আর আফসোস!
শুধু আফসোস!

নির্যাতক আছে,
হত্যা, গুম, খুন, রক্তপাত, হয়রানি—
আর জনতা নির্যাতন হচ্ছে
ধর্ষক আছে, প্রতিনিয়ত গণধর্ষণ হচ্ছে
কিন্ত সঠিক বিচার নেই। 
স্বাধীন দেশ আছে 
কিন্ত স্বাধীনতা নেই। 
আইন বিভাগ, শাসন বিভাগ, 
বিচার বিভাগ, সবই আছে— 
কিন্ত না আইন মানা হয়,
না সুষ্ঠু বিচার করা হয়,
শুধু হয় আইনের অপব্যবহার। 
আফসোস! 
আফসোস আর আফসোস!
শুধু আফসোস!

ধিক্কার এই শাসনতন্ত্র, সরকার—
মন্ত্রী ও মিনিস্ট্রির উপর! 
সঠিক বিচার চাই, 
সমাধান চাই, প্রতিকার চাই, প্রতিরোধ চাই বলে— 
কত স্লোগান আর প্রতিবাদ হয়
কিন্তু জাতির পরিবর্তন তো দেখি না। 
তুমুল টকশো আর আলোচনাসভা, 
কত সমাবেশ, মানববন্ধন, আন্দোলন—
ন্যায্য আর বিচারের দাবি।
কিন্তু কয়টি দাবি মানা হয়?
আর কয়টি দাবি-ই বা পূরণ হয়!
আফসোস! 
আফসোস আর আফসোস!
শুধু আফসোস!

Regret and regret!
Only regret!
All people regret!
Regret across the country!

There is a constitution
But there is no reward
For the greed and interest of being in power
Which is done repeatedly addition-subtraction.
There is a parliament,
Even then, there are ordinary people  
It is not spoken for.
What is said is showing people,
There is no any transparency and politeness.
There is an army, navy, air force, 
police, rab, defence and state force
But at the moment there is no power.
Journalists, newspapers,
There is television and media 
But there is no proper broadcast.
Regret!
Regret and regret!
Only regret!

There are torturers,
Kill, disappearance, murder, bloodshed, harassment
And people are being tortured
There are rapists, There are constant gang rapes
But there is no right judgement.
There are independent countries
But there is no freedom.
Law department, Governance department, Judiciary department, all are there
But the law is not obeyed, 
nor is justice done,
It's just a misuse of the law.
Regret!
Regret and regret!
Only regret!

Damn this regime, government
On the minister and the ministry!
I want a fair trial,
I want a solution, I want a remedy, Said I want a prevention
How many slogans and protests
But I don't see the change in the nation.
Great talk shows and discussions,
How many rallies, human chains, movements
Demand justice and fairness.
But how many claims are accepted?
And how many demands are fulfilled!
Regret!
Regret and regret!
Only regret!

Column-কলাম | রাজনীতি প্রসঙ্গ-The context of politics | A uthor S M MOMINUL I A J-লেখক এস এম মোমিনুল আই এ জে | Click Here~ রাজনীতি প্রসঙ্গ-The context of politics In Bengali and English~ In Bengali: কিছুদিন আগে, কিছু দিন বলতে ২০১৭-২০১৮ খ্রিষ্টাব্দের কথা “বাংলাদেশ রাজনীতি প্রসঙ্গ” শিরোনামে একটি কলাম লিখেছিলাম। কয়েকটি “অনলাইন নিউজপোর্টালে” কলামটি প্রকাশিত হয় কিন্ত কলামটি আপলোড দেওয়ার ৩০ মিনিটের মধ্যে ডিলিট করে দেওয়া হয়। সম্পাদকদের কাছে এর কারণ জানতে চাইলে বলে সরকার “ডিজিটাল নিরাপত্তা আইন“ করেছে আর আপনি তো জানেনই আমরা কতটা চাপে আছি, কি আর করা এখানে আর কিছুই বলার থাকলো না।  একইভাবে কয়েকটি দৈনিক পত্রিকার সম্পাদক লেখাটি পছন্দ করলেও প্রকাশ করার সাহস পায়নি। এখানে কলামটির কিছু লেখা তুলে ধরলাম। আমি কোনো ব্যক্তি বা দলের পক্ষে বা বিপক্ষে বলিও নাই, লিখিও নাই। আসলে আমি বুঝাতে চেয়েছি আমাদের বাংলাদেশের রাজনীতিতে যে দল ক্ষমতায় আসে সে দলই সুস্থ ধারার রাজনীতি চর্চার বদলে অসুস্থ ধারা ও অপরাজনীতির চর্চায় মত্ত থাকে বেশী। এই লেখার কারণে কেউ কষ্ট পাইলে আমার কিছু করার নেই। যা সত্য তা তুলে ধরলাম। আমাকে...
