কিছুদিন আগে, কিছু দিন বলতে ২০১৭-২০১৮ খ্রিষ্টাব্দের কথা “বাংলাদেশ রাজনীতি প্রসঙ্গ” শিরোনামে একটি কলাম লিখেছিলাম। কয়েকটি “অনলাইন নিউজপোর্টালে” কলামটি প্রকাশিত হয় কিন্ত কলামটি আপলোড দেওয়ার ৩০ মিনিটের মধ্যে ডিলিট করে দেওয়া হয়। সম্পাদকদের কাছে এর কারণ জানতে চাইলে বলে সরকার “ডিজিটাল নিরাপত্তা আইন“ করেছে আর আপনি তো জানেনই আমরা কতটা চাপে আছি, কি আর করা এখানে আর কিছুই বলার থাকলো না।

একইভাবে কয়েকটি দৈনিক পত্রিকার সম্পাদক লেখাটি পছন্দ করলেও প্রকাশ করার সাহস পায়নি। এখানে কলামটির কিছু লেখা তুলে ধরলাম। আমি কোনো ব্যক্তি বা দলের পক্ষে বা বিপক্ষে বলিও নাই, লিখিও নাই। আসলে আমি বুঝাতে চেয়েছি আমাদের বাংলাদেশের রাজনীতিতে যে দল ক্ষমতায় আসে সে দলই সুস্থ ধারার রাজনীতি চর্চার বদলে অসুস্থ ধারা ও অপরাজনীতির চর্চায় মত্ত থাকে বেশী।

এই লেখার কারণে কেউ কষ্ট পাইলে আমার কিছু করার নেই। যা সত্য তা তুলে ধরলাম। আমাকে মাফ করবেন।

সামনে আসিতেছে মনোনয়ন বানিজ্য, যে যত বেশী টাকা দিতে পারবে তাকেই মনোনয়ন দেওয়া হবে, সে যোগ্য হোক আর অযোগ্য হোক। টাকার বিনিময়ে ভোট কেনা, টাকার বিনিময়ে ও অসহায় মানুষকে বাধ্য করে, জোড় করে, জিম্মি করে নানানভাবে লোকজনকে মিছিলে বা সমাবেশে সামিল করানো। অযোগ্য দুর্নীতিবাজ লোকদেরকে যোগ্যতার আসনে বসানো।

এক দল ক্ষমতায় আসলে বিরোধীদল বা অন্যান্য দলকে পথে বসানো, ক্ষমতাবলে মিথ্যা মামলা, হয়রানি, যেভাবে ইচ্ছা সেভাবে নাচানো। চরম স্বেচ্ছাচারিতা, ক্ষমতাপ্রাপ্ত সরকার ও কর্মীদের মধ্যে একনায়কতা কায়েম করা, দলীয় লোকদেরকে সর্বস্থানে নিয়োগ ও সর্বোচ্চ সুযোগ-সুবিধা দেওয়া। দলীয় নেতাকর্মীরা চাঁদাবাজি, টেন্ডারবাজি, ভর্তি ও নিয়োগ বানিজ্য, ঋন দেওয়া-নেওয়া বানিজ্য যত রকমের বাজি, ধোঁকা ও অপবানিজ্য আছে তা করা, অপপ্রচার ও অপবানিজ্য করা, আইন ও প্রশাসনের অপব্যবহার করা।

সরকারের বিপক্ষে ও সরকারদলীয় কোনো ব্যক্তির বিরুদ্ধে কেউ কিছু বললে বা সমালোচনা করলে তাকে হুমকি দেওয়া, মিথ্যা মামলা দেওয়া, হয়রানি করা, বিভিন্নভাবে ফাঁসানোর চেষ্টা করা অথবা জীবননাশ করা। দলীয়স্বার্থে সাধারণ জনগণকে ও সাধারণ ছাত্র- যুব-নারী সমাজকে ব্যবহার করা।

গণমাধ্যমকে মুক্তভাবে কাজ করতে বাঁধা প্রদান করা এবং কোনো গণমাধ্যম কর্মীকে হত্যা, গুম, খুন, হামলা-মামলা ও মারধর করলে তার কোনো তদন্ত না করা বা অপরাধীকে আইনের আওতায় এনে বিচার না করা। সরকারী দলের অপকর্ম লুকাতে বা ঢাকতে যা ইচ্ছা তা করা এবং অন্য কোনো বিশৃঙ্খল পরিস্থিতি সৃষ্টি করা।

রাষ্ট্রীয় ও সাধারণ জনগণের সম্পদ লুটেপুটে খাওয়া ও আত্মসাৎ করা। দলীয়স্বার্থে নতুন নতুন আইন করা ও রাষ্ট্রীয় সংবিধান পরিবর্তন ও সংশোধন করা। নিজেরা হামলা, ভাঙচুর, লুটপাট, জ্বালাও-পুড়াও, নানানরকম অপকর্ম করে বিরোধী কোনো দলের ওপর চাপিয়ে দেওয়া। যে দল ক্ষমতায় থাকে সেই সময়কালে দেশের জনসাধারণ ও রাষ্ট্রীয় কোনো ক্ষয়-ক্ষতি হলে তার দায়ভার না নেওয়া। নিজ দলের কোনো কর্মী বা নেতা অপরাধ-অপকর্ম করলে তাকে আইনের আওতায় এনে শাস্তি না দেওয়া, আইনের আওতায় আনলেও বিচারকার্য হালকাভাবে করা।

টকশো, সভা-সমাবেশে এসে ক্ষমতাপ্রাপ্ত দল বিরোধী যে কোনো দলকে বা বিরোধী দল সরকারী দলকে অথবা একদলের নেতা আরেক দলের নেতাকে হেয়প্রতিপন্ন করে কথা বলা, অহংকারমূলক বড় বড় কথা বলা, অপমান ও ন্যক্কারজনক কথা বলা, হুমকিস্বরুপ কথা বলা।

মন্ত্রীপরিষদের কোনো নেতা তার ব্যর্থতাকে স্বীকার না করে অন্য যে কোনো কিছুর ওপর দোষ চাপানো এবং জনসাধারণের অসন্তোষ অবস্থানেও পদত্যাগ না করে স্বীয় অবস্থানে অটুট থাকা বা রাখা। সাধারণ জনগণকে রাষ্ট্রের বিভিন্ন সুযোগ-সুবিধা থেকে বঞ্চিত করা। সাধারণ জনগণকে মিথ্যা আশ্বাস দিয়ে ক্ষমতায় আশা। অন্ধ আনুগত্যের কারণে নিজ দলের বা দলের কোনো নেতার ভুলত্রুটি স্বীকার না করা এবং সংশোধন হওয়া বা করার চেষ্টা না করা।

নির্বাচনে ভোট ইন্জিনিয়ারিং করে ক্ষমতা কেড়ে নেওয়া। জনগণকে নির্বাচন থেকে দূরে রাখা ও ভোটাধিকার থেকে বঞ্চিত করা। নির্বাচনকালীন মুহূর্তে জনগণকে মিথ্যা আশ্বাসে প্রভাবিত করা। বার বার ক্ষমতায় আশার জন্য, বার বার ক্ষমতায় থাকার জন্য বা নিজের ক্ষমতাকে টিকিয়ে রাখার জন্য অন্য দেশের কাছে নিজ দেশের সার্বভৌমত্ব ও ব্যক্তিত্বকে বিকিয়ে দেওয়া।

এই হলো বাংলাদেশের দূষিত-কলুষিত, নোংরা রাজনীতির সংস্কৃতি। এইসব সর্বগ্রাসী, রাজনীতির অপসংস্কৃতি থেকে কবে মুক্তি পাবে বাংলাদেশ ও বাংলাদেশের মানুষ! জাতীর কাছে প্রশ্ন রইল ও উত্তরও চায় দেশের সর্বশ্রেণীর জনগণ।

In power, one party is actually on the way to the opposition or other parties, false cases in power, harassment, dancing as they wish. Extreme voluntary, establishing dictatorships between empowered government and workers, appointing party people everywhere and giving maximum facilities. Party leaders are extortion, tendering, admission and recruitment trade, lending to the business, to do whatever kind of betting, deception and abuse, propaganda and abuse, abuse the law and administration.

If someone says or criticizes something against the government and against a government party, threatening him, false cases, harassing, trying to hang in different ways. To use the general public and the general student-youth and women in the interest of the party.

The media is to be barred to work freely and to kill a media personnel, disappear, murder, attack and be beaten, not to investigate it or to bring the culprit under the law. To hide or cover the misdeeds of the government party and create any other chaotic situation.

Loving and embezzling the wealth of the state and the general public. To make new laws in the interest of the party and change and amend state constitution. They themselves are attacked, vandalized, looting, irritating, and imposing various misdeeds on an opposition party. The party that is in power is not responsible for any loss of the people and states of the country. If a activist or leader of his party does a crime, he should not be punished under the law, bringing it lightly even if it is brought under the law.

Coming to talkshows, meetings and gatherings, speaking demeaning any party opposing the ruling party or the opposition government party or the leader of one party to the leader of another party, speaking arrogantly, insulting and insulting, speaking threateningly.

A ministerial leader does not admit his failure and blames it on something else and does not resign in the face of public discontent. Depriving the common people of various facilities of the state. Hoping for power by giving false assurances to the common people. Not admitting the mistakes of one's party or any party leader due to blind loyalty and not trying to correct or make amends.

Seizing power by engineering votes in elections. Keeping people away from elections and disenfranchising. Influencing people with false promises during election time. Selling the sovereignty and personality of one's country to another country for the hope of repeated power, to remain in power or to sustain one's own power.

This is the culture of corrupt, dirty politics of Bangladesh. When will Bangladesh and the people of Bangladesh get rid of these totalitarian, bad culture of politics! There are questions for the nation and the people of all classes of the country want answers.
